TICKETS
As a Mini Plan Member, once you choose your mini plan, you will be assigned the best available seats in the price level you choose, on a first come, first served basis. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase, receive your seat locations, and be able to view your tickets in your account and download them at your convenience.

FLEX EXCHANGE
You can log into your online account and exchange your tickets for a more convenient performance date of the same production.
For 3-Show Mini Plan Members, your tickets for productions from one 3-Show Mini Plan (THE BOOK OF MORMON, COME FROM AWAY, and PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL) can be exchanged for tickets for production from the other 3-Show Mini Plan (LES MISÉRABLES, Disney's ALADDIN, and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF) and vice versa.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL PRODUCTIONS: Once performances for a production begin in San Francisco, show-to-show exchange out of that production into another production will no longer be available. You may exchange within the same production but not out of it. Once you have exchanged your original issue tickets into another production, those tickets may not be exchanged again.
FIRST ACCESS AND ADDITIONAL TICKETS
As a Member, you’ll be first in line to purchase tickets to added special engagements and one-night-only special events that we bring to San Francisco. And, if you need additional tickets to a season show for friends and family, you can easily purchase for all productions through your online account.
